Direct Reports 🧑💼
Streamline responsibility for tasks like check-in completion between roles by setting up Direct Reports. By adding Direct Reports to roles, everyone in your org knows who’s in charge of who.
Improved Check-in Delegation 🤝
We enhanced the check-in delegation flow so that it’s clear to managers and trainees who they’re delegating a check-in to and how often. This added clarity to the check-in delegation process will ease any burden for managers with a big to-do list.
Listen Mode Enhancements 🎧
We've enhanced our Listen Mode (text-to-speech) to sound more natural and improve translation quality and accuracy.
New Dashboard Homepage & Navigation 💻
Now you can track real-time training progress across your organization with a brand new dashboard that features activity widgets, and a new main navigation pulls all of our training automation tools (Automations, Tags, Access, Paths) front and center.
Improved Path Builder 🗺️
Creating a sequence of training assignments has never been more simple or intuitive. With the new and improve path builder, you can build long-term training programs like leveling and cross-training.
New Uplifting Leadership Modules ⭐
We've partnered with hospitality leadership experts at Uplifting Leadership to add 6 new leadership modules focused essential leadership and manager skills for managers and team members.
