We've enhanced Check-ins with passing requirements, giving you a definitive way to assess and track in-person training. This gives team members multiple attempts to pass a Check-in, while also offering managers the exact guidance they need for effective coaching between attempts. By adding a passing requirement to a Check-in, you get to set clear standards for proceeding within a module and control what “good” looks like.

California Indoor Heat Illness Prevention Training 🌡️

In accordance with California OSHA’s Title 8, Section 3996 requirement, Indoor Heat Illness Prevention training is now available as new premium content in the Marketplace. We created versions for non-supervisors and supervisors to cover your compliance needs. Simply upload your Heat Prevention policy, assign the modules, and track completion in the Compliance Reporting dashboard.
