About us
Opus is the leading mobile-first training platform for restaurant & hospitality staff. We are a team of service industry veterans + tech professionals on a mission to create a world where every frontline worker has a good job.
About the role
At Opus Training, our platform is built for today's reality—where everyone from Gen Z to Boomers expects their training to be as engaging as their social media feed. Co-founded by Rachael Nemeth, who has deep expertise in hospitality training, Opus has built a strong reputation, with the majority of interest coming inbound via referrals and other channels.
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own our organic marketing programs and lead campaigns that reach our audience where they are—on social media, by email, or in person at conferences. You'll collaborate with our sales team to turn engaged followers into qualified leads, work cross-functionally to execute campaigns and assess what we should do next.
We're looking for a B2B Growth Marketer who innately understands how people buy today AND is a teacher. You know that even in B2B, we're marketing to real people who spend their days scrolling social media, driven by emotion and data.

For example, one day, you might be managing social media channels; the next, you might optimize cold email campaigns; and another, you might improve SEO. We don’t expect you to be anexpert across all of these channels, but we do expect you to have the marketing fundamentals and an eagerness to learn. Plus, know how to delegate to internal and freelance teams to get things done.
